Delete Your WeDoHalal Account

You can ask us to delete your WeDoHalal account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This applies to accounts used on wedohalal.ca and in the WeDoHalal app for iPhone and Android.

How to ask

• In the app: sign in, open the Account tab and tap Delete my account.
• By email: write to help@wedohalal.ca from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
• By phone or WhatsApp: 780-722-7623.

What we delete

Your customer account, name, email address, phone number, saved addresses and order history linked to your account. If you used the app, the phone notification address saved for your device is removed too.

What we keep, and for how long

Records we must keep by law, such as invoices and tax records of past orders, are kept only for as long as the law requires and are not used for marketing.

When

We complete deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done. You can still shop with us as a guest afterwards.
